anna's top tips

  • If you bake bread a fair bit, you probably buy your dry yeast by the jar, versus the packet. Note that 1 package of dry yeast is 2 ¼ teaspoons.
  • Here are 2 simple conversions to remember, especially if you batch up recipes:
    • 3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon
    • and 2 Tablespoons = 1 fluid ounce
