I wanted to present you with a bundt-style of cake pan that looks different than the typical ones. This pan has wonderful height and a subtle pattern, which means the cake won’t stick to the pan when you turn it out.

A classic shape of baking pan to make large cakes and breads, or to set chilled desserts

  • 0.02 inch/0.5 mm thick carbon steel
  • Heavy gauge steel distributes heat evenly and consistently
  • Rolled edge for durability and resistance to warping
  • Double glazed non-stick layer is FDA grade and PTFE and PFOA free
  • The non-stick surface is safe for temperatures up to 445°F/230°C
  • Hand wash only
  • Do not use peroxide, baking soda or vinegar to clean and do not scrape or use metal scouring pads. Avoid using metal tools, or other sharp tools, in direct contact with the non-stick surface to prevent its damage. Do not cut baked contents inside the pan.

  • Any bundt cake recipe will bake well in this Kugelhopf pan (although, please see my recipe below for a delicious almond Kugelhopf).
  • The function of the hole in this style of cake pan is to allow the hot air of the oven to circulate effectively, so that this large quantity of batter will cook evenly.
