When I need to cook or bake for a crowd, this size of pan is ideal. The rolled edge makes a full pan of brownies or scalloped potatoes easy to lift out of the oven, and the textured bottom ensures it is a snap to clean.

A reliable rectangular baking pan is ideal for both savoury and sweet dishes.

Header: This baking pan is a kitchen staple; ideal for cakes and brownies, and can also be used as a roasting or lasagna pan

anna's top tips

  • When I make bars or squares, I often trim the edges away so that every square looks tidy. But I don’t throw the trimmings away! After sneaking a taste, I work the trimmings into softened vanilla ice cream. So the trimmings from my Confetti Sugar Cookie Squares (recipe below) can make birthday cake ice cream!
  • Cleaning & Care: I strongly recommend washing your baking pans and tools by hand, to ensure that harsh dishwasher chemicals don’t mark, pit or spot your baking pans. If something sugary is baked on, I let it soak in hot water for a few minutes and then rinse it away as I wash it.
