  • You can also use this shaker for dusting your work surface for rolling pastry, by filling it with flour and gently shaking the flour over your rolling space.
  • Get creative with your icing sugar dusting patterns. Templates, doilies or other cut-outs can be placed on top of a tart of cake while you dust, and then carefully lift it away.
