  1. Using a blender (works better than a food processor), purée tomatoes (skins, seeds and all) until smooth. Add vodka (if using), lime juice, garlic, celery salt, and Worcestershire and blend again until smooth. With blender running, pour in olive oil. Season to taste, adding Tabasco if you wish.
  2. To serve, pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with green pepper, cucumber and lime (you can dip them in celery salt for an added kick). Serve immediately.
